FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE ACT AMENDMENTS: The House on March 14 agreed an amendment to the Responsible Electronic Surveillance That Is Overseen, Reviewed and Effective (RESTORE) ACT (H.R. 3773), sponsored by Rep.
